Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on these platforms or of their owners or operators. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for the actions of third parties, including but not limited to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of personal information by third parties. Any information submitted by you directly to these third parties is subject to that third party’s privacy policy.
8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take prompt steps to delete that information. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us as described in Section 16.
9. DATA SECURITY
We will take reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information in our possession or control, including through use of appropriate organizational and technical measures. Our security measures include encryption (including SSL/TLS), firewalls, and access controls limiting access to personal information to VIP employees, contractors, and agents who need it to perform their job functions. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Please note that any information you send to us electronically, while using the Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure when it is transmitted to us. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us. Despite our reasonable efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Any information you send us through any means is transmitted at your own risk.
10. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your personal information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. The length of time for which we retain personal information depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it, and/or as required to comply with applicable laws and to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights. We will consider all such requests and provide our response within a reasonable period (and in any event within one month of your request, unless we tell you we are entitled to a longer period under applicable law). Please note, however, that certain personal information may be exempt from such requests in certain circumstances, for example if we need to keep using the information to comply with our own legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If an exception applies, we will tell you this when responding to your request. We may request that you provide us with information necessary to confirm your identity before responding to any request.
If you have any queries or complaints about our collection, use, or storage of your personal information, or if you wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 16. We will investigate and attempt to resolve any such complaint or dispute. You may also file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. A list of EEA supervisory authorities is available at https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en. You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing.
You can request that we stop selling your personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. As noted in Section 4, VIP does not sell or share personal information in these ways. If this practice changes, we will provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our homepage.

To the extent we collect sensitive personal information (which we currently do not), you would have the right to limit our use and disclosure of it to what is necessary to perform our services.
Right to Data Portability.
You have the right to receive a portable copy of your personal information that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
How to Exercise Your Rights.
Please contact us as described in Section 16. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing written authorization or a valid power of attorney, along with government-issued identification for both you and the agent. Non-Discrimination.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Shine the Light
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent. To make a Shine the Light inquiry, contact us as described in Section 16.
13. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Residents of certain U.S. states, including Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), and others, have privacy rights similar to those described in Section 12, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information.
To exercise applicable rights, please contact us as described in Section 16. We will respond within the time period required by your state’s law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Residents of Virginia and certain other states also have the right to appeal our denial of a privacy rights request. If we deny your request, we will explain how you may appeal that decision in our written response.
14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
VIP is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and potentially other countries where VIP or its service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from, and may not be as protective as, the laws of your country of residence.
Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to countries not recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (or equivalent clauses under UK law), or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You may request information about the safeguards we use for international transfers by contacting us as described in Section 16.
15. AI AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING
VIP's Services incorporate automated processing, machine learning, and AI-assisted features to analyze usage data, generate platform insights, support diagnostic and reporting functions, and improve the overall quality of our Services. These features are part of our core platform operations and do not constitute automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individual users. To the extent any automated process were to produce such effects, we would provide appropriate notice as required by applicable law.
VIP may use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data derived from platform usage, including usage patterns, feature interactions, and platform outputs, to develop, train, improve, and refine our own AI and machine learning models and services. Such data does not constitute personal information and its use is not subject to restriction under this Privacy Policy. VIP does not use identified personal information to train third-party AI or machine learning models without your consent.
Where customers or their users connect third-party AI tools, integrations, or services to our platform, the processing of data by those third-party tools is governed solely by the applicable third-party provider's privacy policy and the customer's agreement with that provider. VIP is not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of third-party AI tools, and customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of such tools in connection with VIP's platform complies with all applicable laws and their agreements with VIP.
